Official shops only
We buy exclusively from official Japanese retailers — the largest, most trusted names in the country. No gray-market resellers.
A receipt, every time
We show you the retailer's own receipt after purchase. You pay the amount you approved in your quote. If the retailer's price turns out to be lower, the difference stays with us as part of what we earn for the service; the retailer's receipt shows the actual price.
Square-secured payment
Card payments go through Square's hosted checkout. We never see or store your card number.
Nothing until you approve
Every quote is a fixed, all-in price. If it can't be fulfilled, you get a full refund — never a surprise charge.
