What kind of souvenirs can you get?
Snacks and sweets, character and anime goods, cosmetics, stationery, electronics and more — mainly anything sold at Amazon Japan, Rakuten or Yodobashi. Other shops may be possible too — send a link or a description and we'll let you know.
A popular item is selling out — can you still get it?
We move quickly to secure items while they are in stock, but we can't promise availability. In a standard quote request, if something is sold out at our supported shops, we'll suggest the closest equivalent so you don't leave empty-handed.
When do I pay, and how much?
Nothing until you approve. Your quote shows one all-in total — item, service fee (10% + ¥1,000) and delivery — and you pay by card through a secure Square link only after you say go.
Can I order before I arrive in Japan?
Yes, and it is the best way. Order before your trip and tell us your check-in date and hotel. If you want your souvenirs waiting when you arrive, add front-desk pre-notice (+¥1,000): we confirm with the hotel before we buy that it can hold them.
How do I receive everything?
At your hotel front desk, addressed to your name and stay dates — or a coin locker if you prefer. Everything in one pickup, timed to your stay.
