A popular item is selling out — can you still get it?
We move quickly to secure items while they are in stock, but we can't promise availability. If something is sold out at our supported shops, we'll suggest the closest equivalent so you don't leave empty-handed.
When do I pay, and how much?
Nothing until you approve. Your quote shows one all-in total — item, service fee (10% + ¥1,000) and delivery — and you pay by card through a secure Square link only after you say go.
Can I order before I arrive in Japan?
Yes, and it is the best way. Order before your trip, tell us your check-in date and hotel, and your souvenirs will be waiting when you arrive.
How do I receive everything?
At your hotel front desk, addressed to your name and stay dates — or a coin locker if you prefer. Everything in one pickup, timed to your stay.
