Pricing
Soracross charges a service fee of 10% of the item subtotal plus ¥1,000 per order, with an additional 5% on the portion above ¥10,000, plus delivery from ¥1,000. Your quote shows one all-in total before you pay.

Item price
The product cost you agree to in your quote, including Japanese consumption tax. If the retailer's price is lower at the time of purchase, the difference stays with us as part of what we earn for the service — we always show you the purchase receipt.
Service fee
Our fee for sourcing, purchasing and handling your order: 10% of the item price plus a ¥1,000 handling fee per order, and +5% on the portion over ¥10,000 for high-value items. Payment processing included.
Hotel delivery
Hotel delivery: a flat ¥1,000 per order, timed to your stay. Add-ons only when you choose them: coin-locker pickup +¥1,000 (subject to availability), front-desk pre-notice +¥1,000. Every line is itemized in your quote before you pay.
Additional costs (if any)
Only when applicable — e.g. special packaging or extra handling to source hard-to-find items. Always itemized in your quote first.
Delivery date options
Delivery within the 3-day window from your earliest delivery date is free. Delivering on one exact date (exact-date delivery) is +¥1,000. If we miss the exact date, the ¥1,000 exact-date fee is refunded in full and delivery switches to the 3-day window — unless we miss it for reasons on your side. For hotel delivery, the window ends no later than the day before your check-out.

After you approve the quote, we send a secure payment link powered by Square. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Prices are in Japanese yen (JPY).
Express checkout
When is your card charged?

| 3 | If the real price is higher: we release the hold immediately, then you either pay a new total or cancel for free. |

Good to know
- The quote is final: what you approve is exactly what you pay.
- If a price changes or an item goes out of stock before purchase, we re-confirm with you — we never charge more without your approval.
- Items are purchased at regular tax-included retail prices. Tax-free shopping prices do not apply to purchases made on your behalf.
- Product returns follow each retailer's policy; return shipping is paid by the customer. Cancellation after receipt is possible only if the retailer accepts the return, and our service fee is not refunded.
