Item price
The actual retail price in Japan, including Japanese consumption tax.
Service fee
Our fee for sourcing, purchasing and handling your order: 10% of the item price plus a ¥1,000 handling fee per order, and +5% on the portion over ¥10,000 for high-value items. Payment processing included.
Hotel delivery
Hotel delivery: a flat ¥1,000 per order, timed to your stay. Add-ons only when you choose them: coin-locker pickup +¥1,000 (subject to availability), front-desk pre-notice +¥1,000. Every line is itemized in your quote before you pay.
Additional costs (if any)
Only when applicable — e.g. special packaging or extra handling to source hard-to-find items. Always itemized in your quote first.

Payment
After you approve the quote, we send a secure payment link powered by Square. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Prices are in Japanese yen (JPY).
When is your card charged?
| 1 | The moment you send your request: your card is only held (¥0 charged) — like a hotel deposit. |
| 2 | The moment we approve: this is when you're actually charged — exactly the amount shown. |
| 3 | If the real price is higher: we release the hold immediately, then you either pay a new total or cancel for free. |
| 4 | If we don't approve within 7 days: the hold is released automatically — you are never charged. |
Good to know
- The quote is final: what you approve is exactly what you pay.
- If a price changes or an item goes out of stock before purchase, we re-confirm with you — we never charge more without your approval.
- Items are purchased at regular tax-included retail prices. Tax-free shopping prices do not apply to purchases made on your behalf.
- Product returns follow each retailer's policy; return shipping is paid by the customer. Cancellation after receipt: a 20% handling fee (of the item price) applies if the retailer accepts the return.
