| Price of the service | Presented in an individual quote. Breakdown: (1) product cost (the amount you agree to in the quote) — if the price we actually pay is lower than the quoted amount, the difference is paid to us as part of the consideration for the Service, and we show you the purchase receipt; (2) agency service fee — 10% of the total product cost plus a ¥1,000 handling fee per order, inclusive of payment processing costs; (3) high-value handling — an additional 5% on the portion of the total product cost exceeding ¥10,000; (4) item sourcing fee — ¥1,000 per item for which the customer does not provide a product URL; (5) delivery-related costs — from ¥1,000 (locker pickup +¥1,000, hotel pre-notification +¥1,000, etc.; fixed in the quote according to the pickup method); (6) exact-date delivery option — +¥1,000 per order (if we miss the exact date for reasons not attributable to you, the ¥1,000 exact-date fee is refunded in full and delivery switches to the 3-day window). The hotel pre-notification fee is normally optional, but it becomes mandatory when you choose a hotel delivery arriving 4 or more days before your check-in date (we contact the hotel to confirm it will hold the parcel). If you selected hotel pre-notification and hotel delivery does not go ahead for reasons not on your side, this ¥1,000 is refunded. |
| Costs other than the service price | International transaction fees and currency-conversion differences charged by your card issuer; return shipping in the case of returns (Terms Article 10). Actual costs where pickup could not be completed: whether this is for reasons attributable to you or for other reasons not attributable to us, you bear the actual costs of redelivery or of switching your pickup method (Terms of Service Article 9.4(i) and (iii); Article 650 of the Civil Code of Japan). The same applies to the actual costs where we deliver the products because we cannot return them to the retailer after we have terminated the contract (Terms of Service Article 15.3), and to the actual costs where, at your request, we deliver the products to you again while you are still in Japan after they were returned because a locker retention period expired (Terms of Service Article 9.4(i) or (iii); in this case the product cost is not refunded). We tell you the amount each time and deliver after we confirm your payment. We cannot extend a retention period set by the locker operator; if products are returned because the period expired, we refund only the product cost, and the delivery fee and our service fee are not refunded. |
| Payment method | Credit card. In the standard quote flow, you pay via a secure payment link issued by Square, Inc. after your quote is approved. For Express Checkout, the card is entered directly on our own order page (Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported). In either case, your card issuer may require identity verification (3-D Secure). Payments are processed by Square, Inc.; we do not receive or store your card number. |

| Cancellation and refunds (return policy) | (1) Before we execute the purchase: free of charge (full refund). (2) After purchase and before receipt: handled within the scope of the retailer’s return policy (return shipping and similar costs borne by the customer; our service fee is not refunded). (3) After receipt: possible only where the retailer accepts the return; return shipping is borne by the customer, and our service fee is not refunded. See Terms of Service Article 10 for details. As this is a mail-order (distance) sale, the cooling-off regime does not apply. For Express Checkout, you may cancel free of charge until we approve your order (the hold is released). After our approval, (1) no longer applies. If you cancel before we execute the purchase, we refund what you paid less costs we have actually incurred; after we execute the purchase, (2) and (3) above apply. |
