| Price of the service | Presented in an individual quote. Breakdown: (1) product cost (the retailer’s actual selling price); (2) agency service fee — 10% of the total product cost plus a ¥1,000 handling fee per order, inclusive of payment processing costs; (3) high-value handling — an additional 5% on the portion of the total product cost exceeding ¥10,000; (4) item sourcing fee — ¥500 per item for which the customer does not provide a product URL; (5) delivery-related costs — from ¥1,000 (locker pickup +¥1,000, hotel pre-notification +¥1,000, etc.; fixed in the quote according to the pickup method). |
