As of October 14, 2026, Soracross has started accepting orders that use an AI assistant.
Through the AI assistant you already use, you can go from preparing an order to a "card hold", which temporarily sets aside part of your credit card's available credit. You place the actual order yourself, and Soracross buys the items.
How it works
- The AI assistant enters the item details and your stay dates on the AI order form and sends it.
- After it is sent, a card hold is placed on your credit card. At this point the order has not been placed, and nothing is charged.
- You open the link in the email from Soracross and press "Place my order" on the order page. This places the order.
- Soracross checks the item price and stock and approves the order, and your credit card is then charged. After that, Soracross buys the items from a retailer in Japan that it supports and delivers them.
Even in a smartphone app such as ChatGPT, you can use this by asking the AI assistant to create a link and then opening that link.
Who can use it
The main audience is travelers visiting Japan.
You can choose a hotel front desk or a coin locker as the delivery place.
Delivery to an address you specify can be used only while it is being accepted. When it is not being accepted, the form tells you so when it is sent.
Fees and conditions
Fees are calculated in the same way as for regular orders.
The total of an order prepared on the AI order form can be at most ¥100,000, including the service fee and the delivery fee. A specific delivery date cannot be requested.
What you can do
- Ask an AI assistant to enter the item details and dates on the AI order form and send it
- If the AI assistant cannot operate the form, ask it to create a link with your details filled in, then open it and send the form yourself
- Place the order yourself from the order page that arrives by email
- Cancel free of charge before Soracross approves the order

Soracross is not a service that provides an AI assistant. Whether an AI assistant can operate the form depends on the features of the assistant you use.
The order can be placed only by whoever opens the link sent to your email address. Operating or sending the form with an AI assistant does not place the order. Please place the order yourself.
Enter credit card details only in the card details field of the AI order form. Do not send card numbers or other card details to Soracross by email or chat.
